Sausage balls, pizza crust, and cloud bread

These are the recipes I have been doing for the Keto/Carnivor challenge:

Keto Sausage Balls
(We had these last night and they were amazing!!!)

125 calories, 7 protein, 10.7 fat, 1 carb

1 pound sausage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg
8 oz. cheddar cheese
2 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350
Add eggs and spice to bowl and beat until mixed.
Add all other ingredients to egg mixture
Roll 24 balls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 16 to 20 min. (I baked 20 min and broiled on high 5 min.)

Low Carb Pizza Crust

We ate this instead of bread with the sausage balls.

1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
1/3 c parmesan cheese shredded
2 large eggs
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Pulse in blender (I stirred with a whisk)
preheat oven to 350
10 inch pizza pan or baking pan greased with bacon grease or butter.

Spread in thin layer

bake 20 min. (yummy)

Today's experiment....

Cloud Bread....0 carbs

2 eggs separated
2 oz Cream Cheese
1/8 tsp cream of tartar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Separate eggs. Whites in one bowl, yolks in another.
Add cream cheese to yolks and mix until smooth.

In the other bowl add cream of tartar to whites and beat with mixer on high until fluffy peaks form.

Carefully add the yolk mixture to the white mixture and fold to combine.

grease cookie sheet with butter and spoon the mixture into mounds . Bake for about 30 minutes. until Golden Brown.

Let cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, store in ziploc bags or tupperware overnight. Like Majic they turn into buns.

Ok...I'm not sure of the size of these "mounds" so I will experiment on the video. Be sure to watch.
