Rethinking YouTube:

YouTube is for your audience, not for you, the business owner. Yes, it is your channel, and it has all of your stuff on there, but you need to provide value to your audience. No longer do we need to say "subscribe" or "ring the bell to get notified," or even have a line in there introducing yourself.

If they want to know more about you, they will simply go to your profile and learn more, and believe me, they do. So, if you're providing value, you know what your customers want, you know what your audience is looking for - that is how you're going to gain subscribers.

Let's all start thinking about YouTube as what is best for our audience.
