I go over some of the things I bought at Costco as a ketovore/carnivore. I buy some meats, some drinks, some things for the pantry. This was the first trip I took to Costco in 2023. I don't go a lot throughout the year, because it's a far drive and it's expensive....but always worth every penny. If you can afford the membership, consider getting one. A lot of things I buy there last our family of two a ridiculously long time. Thanks for watching!
