Butte County Board of Supervisors Meeting 12/14/21 when Danette York tried to have this approved under the CONSENT agenda. We called it out as you cannot cover this magnitude of a contract under consent and just let it slip by. 131 pages dropped on us and $2.9M to immunize the County. But hear the BRAVE people who rose to speak out against it!
