Chocolate biscuit

ingredients:
225g unsalted butter (room temperature)
200 grams of brown sugar
100 grams of granulated sugar
2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of milk chocolate
100 grams of white chocolate

directions:
Preheat the oven at 210 degrees Celsius

Mix the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar
Add the eggs
(flour, corn starch, salt, baking powder)
Gently put the three types of chocolate into the cookie dough

Pour the biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 210°C for 11 minutes
