Margaret Kennan, a 90-year-old woman in central England became the first person ever to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine outside clinical trials Tuesday, kicking off a nationwide rollout of vaccinations that are being watched around the world. However, Britain's medical regulator warned Wednesday that people with a history of serious allergic reactions shouldn't receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
