Asyan aka Totu is a child that resides in Turkey that has caught American advocates attn due to video footage that came out last year of a shocked 😳 distraught little girl being spoon fed in this condition. American Advocates feel like Titu is being exploited for views and donations while being filmed by Konul Kasimova the caregiver to Totu as the mother gave up her rights to Totu .
