Is Democracy the Solution? (Pt. 3) Differential Voting

In the future, after The System has been overcome, is democracy the solution? In this episode, we discuss a limited form of democracy wherein, in addition to the exclusions from voting discussed in part one of this series, we propose a differential voting system in which each person is allowed a different number of votes based on their lifetime contributions to their country and their people.
