*Umar Abdullah Destroys The Regulated Industries Commission (RIC).*

They refused to answer my question, as to whether an impact assessment was done, claiming it was political. Only after those stakeholders in the room actually threaten them with non-compliance, they were forced to answer the question. It is clear no impact assessment was done, however they said one was done and the consultation formed part of the impact assessment; the consultation is an ongoing impact assessment exercise.

No time before was the term 'Impact Assessment' associated with their ad campaigns nor the consultation proceedings. *Obviously they are lying and not telling the truth. THEY ARE TAKING DATA AND STATISTICS FROM THE WORLD BANK AND NOT FORM OUR OWN TO MANIPULATE US. THEY ARE TAKING US FOR FOOLS. THIS IS NOT DEMOCRACY! THIS IS TOTALITARIAN! THEY THREATENING OUR SOVEREIGNTY! CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE SHOULD BE OUR ONLY RESPONSE!!!*

They refused to address the *biggest liability; Government and its agencies.* The Government owes billions to T&TEC. The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission said it's loosing over a billion dollars in revenue. *CONNECT THE DOTS! THE POOR AND THE DESTITUTE IS BEING ASKED TO PAY FOR GOVERNMENT'S MISMANAGEMENT AND THE FAILURES OF T&TEC TO COLLECT MONIES OUTSTANDING FROM THE STATE.*

It's time to wake-up. They are destroying our livelihoods. They are dismantling all the mechanism available to us to secure our enjoyment and future of our children. *LET'S STOP THEM NOW BEFORE ITS TO LATE!!!*
