Rain Trozzi on the youth, privacy, Bitcoin & Dr Mark Trozzi (his dad)

Rain Trozzi is founder of Over to the Youth, Remnant Privacy and manages the website of his dad, Dr Mark Trozzi, who is a Canadian medical doctor on the steering committee of the World Council for Health.

In this conversation, Rain shares how his rocky childhood in England made him feel like an outsider and a recluse, but in hindsight protected him from the propaganda that his school education was promoting.

Rain describes his move to Canada and shares names of some of the “information prophets” who have helped him make sense of what is going on in the world.

He explains how his uncle Dave is the guru in his story, introducing Rain to the idea that we live in an “information matrix.”

Rain talks about how the beginning of the Covid pandemic was a very upsetting time for him because he was genuinely worried for himself and others that a bioweapon had been released.

As events continued to unfold, Dr Mark Trozzi decided to blow the whistle on the fact that the Covid narrative did not make sense, which began with going public that hospitals in Canada were empty, and so began Rain’s journey helping his dad build his website.

Another doctor, “Dr Susan,” then brought it to Rain’s attention that the youth are almost completely unrepresented in the movement, and he was asked if he would consider being a voice for the youth.

Rain published A Beginner Guide to End Big Tech Brainwashing which was published on his 21st birthday, and the success of that gave him the confidence to create a community for young people like himself called Over to the Youth.

After being invited to speak at the Better Way Conference in Bath in May 2022, Rain explains that Over to the Youth quickly found its first 10 members and Rain found friendship with some young adults on the same wavelength as him.

Over to the Youth continues to hold weekly Sunday meetings on skills training topics such as how to maintain healthy boundaries, how to live a truer expression of ourselves, and each member has the opportunity to share with the group how they are currently feeling, what Rain calls a “check in.”

We then discuss why there are so few young people questioning what is going on in the world and how his passion for privacy and sovereignty has led him to explore Bitcoin, which he explains truly is “freedom money.”

Rain launched his new project Remnant Privacy in December 2022 where he has published an entire free course called How to Bitcoin which explains how Bitcoin works, why it is important, how to use it and how to buy it.

Remnant Privacy also offers a variety of de-Googled Ghost Phones, a DIY Ghost Phone guide, Raspberry Pi single-board computers for people who want to build their own Bitcoin node, a blog on Bitcoin, privacy and current events, and all payments through the site can only be made by Bitcoin, using BTCpay.

He explains there are 3 levels to Bitcoin comprehension. First, from a fiat money perspective, “looking at it as stock investment” and a way to buy and sell.

Second, from the perspective of technology, Rain explains that Bitcoin is “uncensorable digital cash that has no central controlling point” and is “basically owned by nobody and regulated by everybody” and is “money completely reinvented."

Finally, Rain expands that understanding the nature of Bitcoin then becomes a template for us to follow in many other matters - a model for the wider system.

The conversation ends with Rain sharing his advice for people struggling in these challenging times. He describes how swimming is “like going for a battery refill” for his soul because it forces him to focus on breath, movement and sensation.

He explains how swimming brings him to being completely focused on the present, which is where he finds the solutions to all his problems.
