Icy Assassin is a Character Build in Outward, created by OPBuild.

PROS:

o Fast 1vs1 killer.
o Can fight at short and mid-range.
o Abusive Burst
o So fun and fast build.

CONS:

o Light resistance is -30! Care with light attacks.
o Hard dependency on Confusion Hex
o Is better in 1vs1 than vs group

POWER: S+

Need 3 points of mana.

Notes: The best way for use this class is in stealth. Kill one and go to the next. If u have practice with this class u can kill your enemy in one combo (if isn´t a boss). Your dagger lose durability with time, my advice is that u get the "Gilded Shiver of Tramontane" dagger as a reserve.
