Hi Everyone,

I like to keep these posts very organic and in flow, I allow the guidance to drive them. Because of my depth of knowledge I can drop into flow very quickly, during this post recording you will hear Rumi’ my cat insisting on having his say. He actually was following me in me garden the more I moved away from him the more he followed! Yep these are definitely authentic organic recordings straight from the heart intelligence!

This is a massive week ahead.

I recorded this to encourage you to focus and work through this energy as we approach. Not to fall into fear and not allow others' energy to drive you; this is a time to hone in on yourself and what you are planting for your future.

So walk gently this week, and listen to your inner calling and the brain in your heart. Believe in yourself. You can manage this; you've come this far and grown so much; this change needs to occur; most change comes with shock, adversity, and challenges, trust this is leading you to a higher frequency of awareness and understanding. We must be willing to see what must be ended. And we must have the courage to see it end.

Take time this week to care for yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically. Build trust. There is a much grander plan at play here. You do have a place, belonging and purpose; all is unfolding.
