Inner Thigh Workout~ Try These Exercises For Those Thick Thighs

Get on this asap for them thick thighs 👇🏻
1️⃣ Smith Sumo Squats - 8 reps x 4
I moved feet forwards so I could get more depth.
2️⃣ Barbell Sumo Deadlift - 8-10 reps x 4
3️⃣ Squeezed DB Heel Elevated Squats - 10 reps x 3
The idea of the medicine ball is to squeeze it between your thighs extremely hard to activate your adductor muscles.
4️⃣ Cable Seated Adduction - 10 reps per leg x 3
I used my ankle attachment around the thigh here which made the movement feel much stronger.
5️⃣ Squeezed Heel Lifts - AMRAP x 3
