A Movement, Not A Monument

Many churches throughout the nations have become museums of a religious history. Traditions, comfort zones, and a mission-less mindset have these churches stuck in a place where God is no longer working in glory and power. The church at Antioch had a different spirit. Those ancient Christians made up their minds and willed in their spirits that Jesus Christ was far too glorious for them to ever settle down where they presently were. They were people who embraced a movement of destiny, not a monument to history. The move being presently offered to us from God involves us saying YES to all that God is saying, and then committing to flow in all that God is doing. The church at Antioch models trust, tenacity, and teamwork. It is anything but easy, but it is always glorious.
