Steamed soft tofu egg

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Dissolve 5 eggs and strain through a sieve once
2️⃣Strain 1 bag of soft tofu through a sieve or mash it
3️⃣Put in 1/3 salt, pepper, 50-100ml water, 1 rice wine, and vegetables and mix.
4️⃣Cover the wrap and make a hole
5️⃣Pour on a tray or dishcloth and pour water
6️⃣When it boils, steam it over medium heat for 30 minutes
7️⃣Add shrimp and boil for another 5 minutes
8️⃣At the end, sesame oil, if bland, soy sauce
