Smash Burgers!

Kept these really simple but that doesn't mean bland.

I was in a rush so no time to cook bacon @baconupbacongrease to the rescue! This rendered Bacon grease is the real deal it is triple filtered for purity though and shelf stable.

If you don't know, you should! Pass on those seed oils like soybean, canola and vegetable. Instead replace it with a real fat like bacon up or other animal-based product!
