By the looks of it, Grammy Award-winning record producer and rapper Timbaland loves living in the sunny state of Florida. In 2019, he dropped nearly $8 million on his current mansion in Coral Gables which is a modern, tropical oasis packed with luxury features. And this isn’t his only property in the area. Back in 2004, Timbaland bought a $3.5 million abode nearby and in 2018, he dropped a small fortune on two units in a waterfront Miami high-rise.
