Meek Mill & Vanessa Bryant is not the lyrical battle he wants to take on. Vanessa Bryant took to Instagram to express her disgust with some of Meek’s lyrics that leaked last week in a song called “Don’t Worry” with Lil Baby. The irony of that title….. we got all the tweets and all the deets so stay tuned.

Meek had all of the social media perplexed last week when a leaked snippet of one of his newest tracks leaked and we got to hear one of the more controversial lines in the past couple of years.

The leak has since been removed from social media and even the lyrics were deleted on Genius. The lyrics obviously didn’t go over well online with people calling Meek disrespectful and way too soon. Kobe and his daughter Gianna died just last year in a tragic helicopter accident that also killed 7 other people. So what was Meek thinking? Vanessa Bryant definitely doesn’t know. She addressed the controversy herself Monday night, posting to her insta story:

"Dear @meekmill," Vanessa wrote. "I find this line to be extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period."
"I am not familiar with any of your music, but I believe you can do better than this," she went on. "If you are a fan, fine, there's a better way to show your admiration for my husband."

I don’t know why but her saying she’s not familiar with any of his music is hilarious and felt like some subtle shade but rightfully so. This isn’t her first time having to face lyrical backlash while doing nothing wrong.
