Easy, Hassle-Free Pretzel Buns (No Lye, No Water Bath) #Shorts

You want pretzel buns but don't want to dip them in a water bath or mess with lye? Here's a trick I picked up on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: Just brush the pretzel rolls with baking soda and water and then bake. These aren't as good as true pretzel buns, but they are pretty good and easy to make. This uses my all-purpose dough recipe (linked below).
