ICC issued a warrant to arrest Putin; it's a historic decision – Zelenskyy

The President of Ukraine welcomed the decision of the International Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, the commissioner for children's rights in current Russia. They were both declared suspects in the case of the mass child kidnapping from Ukraine. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian children have been separated from their families, illegally deported, and resettled in Russia.
