20230317 A State of the Union Address on My Mental Health

I created this channel to talk about my mental health problems. Of late I've talked about issues peripheral to my mental health, but not directly about my mental state.

Last week (20230309) I recorded this video as a bit of an update on my mental state.

I've lived my life in a state of clinical depression, going all the way back to high school. My classmates saw me as a miserable bastard, but I didn't, I thought myself happy.

That continues to this day, as my head shrinker has had me take the Depression, Anxiety and Stress survey a couple of times and the results were simultaneously completely predictable, yet surprising.
