Stir-fried eggplant

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣3 medium-sized eggplants, half an onion, slightly thickly sliced
2️⃣Put 2 perilla oil and 1 cooking oil in a frying pan
1 minced garlic, scallions to flavor the oil
3️⃣Add eggplant and onion and stir-fry thoroughly
4️⃣Sauce: 2.5~3 dark soy sauce, 1 anchovy sauce, 0.5 sugar, 0.5 red pepper powder, 1 water and stir-fry.
5️⃣Add 1 red pepper each and stir-fry
6️⃣Add half a spoonful of honey (oligosaccharide), break it in and finish
▶️If cooking oil is not enough in the middle, add anchovy fish sauce if it is bland.
