Just felt like sharing one of my workouts, showing one set of:
- 15 Pullups
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Situps
- 10 Tricep dips
- 10 Crunch punches
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Leg raises
Duration: 4-5 minutes per set.

Some sets I will split the pullups in smaller repetitions. For example, I do 8 at the start of the set, the remaining 7 halfway, after the tricep dips or right before the pushups.
