IMPOSSIBLE PUSHUP CHALLENGE

Everyone can talk, very few can back it up.

The comments in my last video said “the mat was the reason my wrists hurt”.

I could’ve instantly believed it, but I didn’t!

I had to find out for myself if it were true.

Regardless of the outcome, words are MEANINGLESS without validation.

If someone said “you couldn’t do 500 pushups”.

Would you just agree with them or would you try?

There was no time limit on that claim.

If it takes you 3 hours then so be it.

The only way they could be right is if you quit.

So I ask, “can you do 500 pushups?”.

Once the answer is yes DM me proof on Insta and let’s see what else you can accomplish. 💪
