@rowlan was the one that found his best friend Juan who passed. Here he explains the process of healing through that trauma.

Episode 97: Hip Hop Artist, @rowlan lost his best friend suddenly in late 2022 and he was the one that found him dead. Burdened with the responsibility to make calls to his family he shares his recent grief process of coping with the trauma of seeing his best friend die and all the feelings of grief and loss that come with it. He used his creativity with music to cope and has been able to go completely introspective with his grief process and what he got out of surviving grief.
