Edens Zero Volume 21: Operation Planet Eater - Manga Review

Welcome to my review of Edens Zero Volume 21: Operation Planet Eater by Hiro Mashima. This volume sees our heroes form an unlikely alliance with Holy of the Oracion Seis Interstellar as they make their way toward the planet Lendard in order to battle Ziggy and his forces. I loved the political intrigue with so many characters scheming in the shadows, ready to backstab each other when the opportunity presents itself. I also really enjoyed the fact that Mashima is starting to incorporate mechs into the story with Homura piloting one for a few pages and Deadend Crow essentially being one. The volume ends with our heroes ready to face off against the Dark Stars while Holy prepares to engage Deadend Crow. Stay tuned for my review of Volume 22 coming soon.
