I'm starting to realize just how huge of a problem diet is for the majority of society. The quantity of food people are mindlessly consuming is absurd and makes you think about the motives behind the impulse to eat. Combine that with the terrible quality of food promoted on every ad and street corner, and you start to understand how easy it is to fail when it comes to dieting. The solution is simple, eat real, quality food that gives you the fuel to think and perform at your best. Don't fall for the trap of constantly consuming calories when you're not even truly hungry. Healthy structure and accountability are essential in order to conquer your fitness goals.
