READ DISCRIPTION - 5 minute segment of my 1 hour work out of over 25 movements, running to cover while holstered is for retention testing of holster, just a few things i practiced in the early 80"s, the objective on this one is to stay in shape, this one or your oun system you can drop weight doing this and fun inside doing this untill you get to a outdoor or indoor range where you have freedom to move around, to create distance just make target smaller, just like your martial arts forms 🥋 firearm handling forms can get you in a rythm if you practice often even if your over weight you can still gain speed and tone that will help you in a defense situation, this represents close quarters and looking over cover so that way you can stay close to cover because your aware of whats beyond it and if someone should come to your cover your not suprised wich makes it possible to stay close to cover since no one is behind your cover but they run off wich is what happens in almost all private citizen non law enforcement defense senarios and engagements, the form of cover here means your aware constaly of what's behind it so no gun grab from the other side, the cover is not a wall in building or house but only reprents it's actual size being like the size of a gas pump at a gas station
