Ukraine is Using Various Outdated Weapon Systems Donated by Nato and the West:

Ukraine continues to employ outdated weapon systems that are no longer in production. A number of long range rocket launchers, or Himars, sent by western donors to Ukraine have been used in battles in Kherson and Luhansk. These can strike at up to 40 miles away, and they are more accurate than the equivalent Russian systems.
