Range Report: Russian SKS Carbine (Russian manufacture from 1954)

In this Range Report I get the opportunity to get behind one of the most iconic Russian firearms of all time. The Samozaryadny Karabin sistemy Simonova or SKS as it is known in the US. This is a Russian made example from 1954 and is in great condition. I have never show one of these and I am looking forward to it. Even though it is not a modern firearm, I am sure I am going to like many aspects of it. This video documents my personal thoughts, opinions and experiences. Yours may vary.
