Hawaii bike-packing day 21 (84 miles of biking) - Kauai

Day 21
1.5 miles to drop off stuff
Left 7:45am arrived at end point 10:45am 39 miles
Arrived at Costco at 3:30pm 41 miles from end point
2 miles to camping place from costco

Total miles: 83.5 miles

The sleep was rough as usual, I woke up multiple times and couldn't quit get comfortable.
We woke up at 6:30 am so that we can head to the friends friends house to drop of the extra stuff we have. We had our oats for breakfast and filled up our water bottles.
We pretty much dropped off everything accept a few things like lunch, extra tubes for the bike, tools, etc. After leaving the house we pretty much gunned it until the end point. Only stopping to take pictures or use the restroom. The route wasn't bad but it did have its up hills and down hills. We got to the end point in 3 hours. It would be nice if we could have gone all the way around, which would save time and unnecessary biking. But we had to backtrack which was kind off a drag.
We stopped on the way back to eat some lunch. We then went to Costco to get mainly some apples. But we ended up staying there for 3 hours and getting some organic chips and hummus. We then went to pick up our tent and went not even half mile to some grass area near by the friends friends house to set up our tent and get some sleep.
After setting up the tent we ate some more food. I ate a can of garbanzo beans and my brother ate some hummus.
We sat outside for a bit looking at the stars and then we went to sleep.
Overall today was a pretty good day. I am definitely excited that we are almost done with the planned trip. And that we are one day away from completing the last of the four islands.
