New Cuisinart Icecream Maker!

I bought this Cuisinart icecream maker off of Amazon for $67.70 The Pink was cheapest by $2.00 😄
So glad I did👍👍

I am on a strick alimentation diet, no dairy or gluten or sugar... What to do about sweets🤷‍♀️ Well, here's the answer!

Since I am now buying coconut milk (in cans) by the case🤭 thought it'd be nice to splurge.
Tried making coconut milk icecream before, without a machine, but it just turns to ice in freezer.
With this machine, and a bit of added vegetable glycerin...it turned out fantastic!

Lisa's recipe
1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk with NO added sugar. Plus about a 1/4 of cup already open in frig.

A heaping 1/4 cup Golden Monk fruit granules mixed with 3/4 cup water boiled down at least 1/2. Think simple syrup!

I then mixed the coconut milk in with the slightly cooled Monk fruit syrup (after burning my tongue 🤦‍♀️).
Was going to put it in the frig until cold like all recipes say to do. I am impatient tho, and haven't had sweets FOREVER (5 weeks) so I cooled it in a sink with cold water. It was in a large Pyrex measuring cup by this time. Made it easier to pour into maker.

Turn on maker, pour in milk, after a bit, add the Tablespoon of Vegetable Glycerin. Add 2 T if using more coconut milk.
I think the glycerin is only for non dairy milks. To keep the product fluffy instead of ice milk. It worked!

This was by far better than any store bought non dairy/sugar free icecream. Heck, better than most dairy regular icecream 😄 It was the Best of ALL time!!!!!
Ok, maybe that's a bit carried away...
