Dennis Day returns after two years in the Navy. After fumbled lines, Jack ad-libs about needing more rehearsal. A St. Patrick's Day show, the cast does a parody of "The Fred Allen Show," called, "Benny's Boulevard." The question asked: "Is Jack Benny or Fred Allen the better comedian?"
