I have heard that the female here supposedly representing the farmers is not really representing them for example the BVB party that won in Holland says that there is a Nitrogen problem, a fertiliser problem. Dutch people say that this woman was paid by Monsanto. Now, i havent read what she says or the party because its in Dutch and its not clear, but 100% the fertilisers are not the problem. Fertilisers are just minerals added to the soil. They are not pesticides or herbicides. With good fertilisation farmers can boost up the fertility of the soil so they can continue to farm. Without fertilisers the crop yield is lower and the food prices go way up.
