We pushed ourselves to the limit with 100 Jumping Jack Press, 100 High Knees, 100 Lunge Twists, 100 Push Up taps, 100 Russian Twists, 100 Bicycles, 100 Leg Flutters, 100 In and Outs, 100 Foot Taps and 100 ALT Leg Tucks. This challenge is intense, but we were determined to complete it and achieve our fitness goals!
