Pio del Pilar is a barangay (neighborhood) located in the city of Makati, Philippines. It is bounded by Pasay City to the south, Barangay San Lorenzo to the north, Barangay Bangkal to the east, and Barangay Palanan to the west. The barangay is home to several residential and commercial areas, including the Makati Cinema Square and Walter Mart Makati.

Pio del Pilar is named after one of the heroes of the Philippine Revolution, General Pio del Pilar, who was born in nearby San Pedro de Makati. The barangay celebrates its fiesta every January 23 in honor of the general.

The barangay is known for its vibrant community and its proximity to major business districts in Makati, such as Ayala Center and Bonifacio Global City. It is also home to several schools, including Don Bosco Technical Institute and Colegio San Agustin.
