Are You Blaspheming God?

Hebrews 4:12 says "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword." Gospel tracts contain the word of God, but many Christians think Gospel tracts are useless. This is the same as saying God's word is powerless to save sinners.
