This is the 1st 3D cut on the KR33 mini CNC machine. Just a little part I created in Solidworks and CAMed with BobCAD.

Cutting specs:
0.25 two flute ball nose carbide endmill
35,000 RPM
0.05 depth of cut
0.01 stepover
20 IPM feedrate
49 minute cut time
Almost 27,000 lines of code
