This is a redo of the first cut video. The wood I used the first time was soft so I wanted to try something tougher. This is cutting maple. I start at 80% feed and take it 200% (60ipm). I'm using a 1/8 diameter, single flute, endmill with a 0.05 depth of cut and a 50% step over. The Bosch Colt is turning 35,000 RPM.
