What Kind of Honey is Safe for Consumption
I strongly advise avoiding using sugar and artificial sweeteners, as many of you are well aware. What about honey, though? As it's a NATURAL substitute for sugar, isn't it the ideal middle ground? The bad news is that honey still fundamentally functions as a form of sugar. Also, your body doesn't really distinguish between fructose, honey, or even cane sugar.
what is good news? Honey is still a type of sugar, so it's not entirely off-limits. So be sure to watch this video to learn how much honey is safe to ingest as well as, more crucially, what kind.
