Longsword vs Sword and Shield - Mixed Weapon HEMA Sparring

Mackey and I do some sparring with a new shield! The ground is slick so we're not doing too much fancy footwork, mostly just focusing on trying not to slip and fall. This is one of the first times getting to really spar with this shield. Shields in general are a newer interest. I've used one a handful of times but now with this one I mean to make it more regular.
