Another Reason Police Are Useless... Dylan Rounds Killer Found

Dylan Rounds Killer was found and it doesn't look like the police helped in any way. Another reason why we need to figure out our own way to protect ourselves and fund investigations. I have a plan in mind but not sure if it is a good time to speak about it.
