French police clash with pension protests after dark

Protesters clashed with police in Paris, France after the government pushed through an unpopular pensions bill, which will see retirement age raised from 62 to 64. Authorities fired tear gas and water cannon to disperse demonstrators. Protests also took place in other French cities, including Marseille and Nantes.
