16th Annual Fest of Tails Event at McAllister Park in San Antonio Texas (revised version)

This revised short 2.5 minute video is from the 2023 16th Annual Fest of Tales event, sponsored by the San Antonio Parks Foundation and held in McAllister Park. This video includes footage from both the kite flying portion and the pooch parade / dog adoptions.

This park is just north of the San Antonio International Airport, so we had to obtain special permission from them before we were able to fly in this park. Normally, you cannot fly in this area of the park. It is considered a No Fly Zone for drones.
