DUD or SPUD - Lord Of The Dead

Lord Of The Dead from 2000 is a pretty obscure and unknown film that's nonsensical, self aware and stupid.
Sounds great right? But so does a prostate exam till you have one done.
Watching this is like accepting sulphuric acid needles to the eyes and ears willingly.
Is there enough zombie goodness to get a SPUD?
Or like the main character is it a straight up DUD?
