Be encouraged - Isaiah 41:10

Building a strong faith muscle requires consistently taking in the word of God, like you would a tall glass of water, which then produces the supernatural effect of bringing the word to life inside of our minds, hearts & bodies. Imagine if we all fully believed everything the Bible says!!

If you battle worry, try this exercise for 20 days & then do a heart check to see if you notice any improvement:
1) Praise God every morning (as often in the day as you like too!)
2) When anxiety hits, tell God 3 things you are thankful for & ask the Holy Spirit for assistance in resisting worry
3) Do not watch shows/read news that has fear-filled content or that relays news about this or that tragedy as these actively prepare your brain for worry continually
4) Police your thoughts (this takes practice) & resist thoughts that aren't pure, lovely, worthy of praise, true (like tragic imaginations), or excellent.
5) Have 1 thought ready to replace any negative one that pops up. Example: say your child is late coming home & immediately the thought comes in your head that they were in an accident. You replace that picture with the vision of a gorgeous beach & thank God for your amazing parents/spouse/job/the family vacation when you were 7, etc. Shift your thought to something loving.
