Gold Overnight Strategy – Make Money While Sleeping

Welcome to this video on the "Gold Overnight Strategy" where we'll show you how to make money while you're sleeping.

Have you ever wondered if you can make money in strategies that are invested less than 24 hours? Well, you're in luck because in this video, we'll show you a strong positive trading edge in the gold and gold miners sector.

The strategy works from the close until the open the next day, and we'll show you how it works using GDX, the ETF that tracks gold miners. When you invest from the close until the next open, the upward slope is pretty stable. In contrast, if you buy at the open and sell at the close the same day, you'll lose money.

We also see the same pattern in GLD, the ETF that tracks the gold price. The chart shows gains from the close until tomorrow's open, which have beaten buy and hold because the return from the open to the close has been slightly negative.

While the gold overnight edge is not big enough to be tradable on its own, if you add one or two other variables, you might have something that works. For example, we made a gold overnight strategy for GLD by adding two variables, and it has been consistent for almost two decades.
