A grievance grifter is a person who lies about being offended or otherwise feigns outrage and pretends something is far worse than it is, often engaging in performative wokeness. They will intentionally interpret things in the most bad faith way possible to claim grievance with an ulterior motive. Usually clout, but sometimes it's something far worse...
