Adobe Express - One Glaring Problem

Is it possible that the outstanding, robust, versatile Adobe Express program has a major problem when it comes to editing text? My goal was to simply add BOLD to a phrase of text located inside a text box.

Express doesn't appear to offer that option. Every effort at text editing is applied to the entire text box.

How can this be? Photoshop and Premier (along with every other program on the planet) allow you to BOLD a word/phrase.

So, am I getting this wrong? Did Adobe Express somehow whiff on a simple feature?
