Molly Yant / 5th-Grade / Gold Level Jump Rope

Molly Yant, 5th-Grader is the second student this season to surpass our highest jump rope level, The Gold Level. Molly is performing a most difficult jump named Right/Right - Left/Left - Both/Both - Crossover/Crossover - Double/Double - Crossover/Crossover - Double/Double.

In the near future I'll tie these jump rope videos into how we use our jump ropes during our basktball workouts.
